PROGRAMS

group class

Group Class is a 60 minute workout split up into 4 sections that include, a warm up, strength or skill, metabolic conditioning, and a cool down. During this class you can expect to use a multitude of implements and movements on any given day. These include but are not limited to, barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, bodyweight, gymnastics, cardio equipment, etc.

This class is open to all fitness levels. Each class offers 4 variations of the workout based on your current level of fitness.

 

luminary strength

Luminary Strength focuses on building muscular strength, endurance, and overall functional fitness. It typically includes a combination of free weights, barbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises performed in structured sets and repetitions. 

The class emphasizes proper form, progressive overload, and balanced muscle development. 

 Participants can expect a mix of compound lifts (like squats, deadlifts, and presses), accessory work for stability and mobility, and occasional core-focused movements. Sessions are designed for all fitness levels with scalable options to ensure safe and effective training.

 

24/7 open gym

A 24/7 open gym membership at Luminary Fitness  gives you complete freedom to train on your schedule, any time of day or night. With secure door-app access, you can enter the gym instantly from your phone, making early-morning sessions, late-night workouts, or mid-day drop-ins easier than ever. The space is fully equipped with all the essentials—barbells, rigs, kettlebells, rowers, bikes, and more—so you can follow your own programming or supplement class training whenever it fits your routine. This membership is perfect for people who value flexibility, independence, and a well-equipped environment designed for functional fitness.

 

Personal Training

Our personal training and small-group personal training options offer customized coaching designed to help you reach your goals efficiently and safely. Work one-on-one with an experienced coach or train alongside a small group for added motivation and accountability. Choose from flexible single sessions or save with 5-, 10-, and 20-session packs, each tailored to provide progressive, goal-driven programming. Whether you’re building strength, improving technique, or seeking individualized support, these training packages deliver focused attention and measurable results in a supportive atmosphere.

 

foundations

Our Foundations program is designed to help new athletes build confidence and learn the essential movements before joining regular classes. It includes three one-on-one sessions with a qualified coach who will guide you through foundational techniques, proper form, and safe training habits at your own pace. After completing the sessions, you’ll receive a two-week trial membership to experience our classes and see if it is the right fit for you. While Foundations isn’t mandatory, it’s an excellent option for those who are new to fitness or prefer more personalized attention before jumping into group workouts.

 

punch cards

Our punch card options offer flexible access to classes without the commitment of a monthly membership. Choose from 16, 24, or 32-class punch cards and attend sessions at your own pace, making them perfect for busy schedules, frequent travelers, or those easing into a consistent routine. Each punch gives you access to any of our coach-led classes, allowing you to train when it works best for you while still benefiting from expert instruction and a supportive community.
